Corrections

The most useful thing you can send us. Everything on this site is sourced, but sources go stale: prices change, review averages move, storefront pages get edited. If a fact here no longer matches reality, tell us which page it is on and we will fix it or take it down.

If you can point at where the correct information lives, even better, but do not let that stop you writing. A note saying “this looks wrong” is enough for us to go and check.

Guides

We do not publish walkthroughs, but we do maintain a directory of people who do. If you have finished the game and written something careful, send it and we will look at it properly.

Questions about the game itself

We cannot help with your account, a refund, or a bug in the game. We do not make it and have no connection to the people who do. House House run their own support address at help@bigwalk.game, and their official FAQ covers most technical problems.

Press and rights holders

If you represent House House, Panic, or another rights holder and want something on this site changed or removed, write to the address above and we will act on it promptly. We would rather hear from you directly than not.
